COMPUTE

Capital & Infrastructure for the AI Economy
AI is creating one of the largest infrastructure investment cycles of our generation.

The backbone of the next economy
Artificial intelligence is becoming a fundamental part of the global economy. As businesses, industries and governments increasingly depend on AI, demand for computing capacity is expanding at unprecedented scale.
Meeting that demand requires a new physical infrastructure layer — reliable power, data centers, connectivity and advanced computing capacity. But the critical constraint is increasingly not demand for compute — it is the ability to develop it in the right places, with the right power, infrastructure and capital.

From technology to infrastructure
Historically, compute has largely been treated as technology expenditure. We believe this is changing. As computing capacity becomes increasingly scarce, productive and contractable, the infrastructure behind it can increasingly be evaluated like other productive infrastructure — as an asset capable of generating long-term cash flow.

This transition creates the potential for compute infrastructure to emerge as a financeable, institutional asset class.
