Transaction size, structure and investment terms are determined on a case-by-case basis.

SUCCESS FEE

1.25%

The success fee is performance-based and payable only if an investment or financing transaction facilitated by HEERING CAPITAL is successfully completed.

Calculation
The fee is calculated on the capital actually invested or funded by the capital partner as part of the completed transaction.

Payment
The success fee is payable upon the actual investment or funding of the capital.

Simple and transparent
The success fee is the same regardless of the capital structure ultimately used. It does not depend on whether the transaction is structured as debt, equity, mezzanine or a combination of financing solutions.
